TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE LAMPUGA B2B GIVEAWAY
1. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by Lampuga GmbH, Werkstraße 11, 76437 Rastatt, Germany, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
2. Eligibility
Participation is open exclusively to businesses. Eligible businesses must be based in the EU or Switzerland and operate in one of the following sectors:
- Water sports rental stations
- Hotels, resorts, or beach clubs
- Tourism businesses interested in adding electric surfboards to their services
🚫 Exclusion: Private individuals are also not eligible to enter.
3. Prize
The winner will receive:
- 1x Lampuga Air 4 (electric surfboard) for free use during the 2025 season
- Rental App license for booking and managing ride packages
- 100% of the revenue from ride packages – the winner pays 0€
- Maintenance & support throughout the entire season
The prize will be provided to the winner for the 2025 season (maximum until September 30, 2025). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Participation
To participate, entrants must:
- Fill out and submit the giveaway registration form on lampuga.com
- Follow @lampuga_official on Instagram

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be notified via email or phone by May 6, 2025. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Prize Usage & Winner Obligations
The winner agrees to:
- Use the Lampuga Air 4 at a publicly accessible or guest-designated location
- Actively use the Rental App during the season
- Handle the board with care and report any damages immediately
The board remains the property of the Organizer. At the end of the season, the board must be returned in good condition.
7. Liability
The Organizer is not liable for any damages caused by improper use of the prize. Liability for technical disruptions or incomplete data transmissions is excluded.
8. Data Protection
Participants agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the privacy policy (see below).
9. Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.

The collected data will be deleted after the giveaway ends, but no later than six months after the end of the season (November 15, 2025), unless legal retention periods apply.
