They were super helpful figuring out if our license matches the requirements. We had a teamevent on the boat and had a blast! Absolutely recommended.
Had my first boating experience here and I am surprised how high the rating for this place is. We had a clear malfunction in the boat which made the motor stop working multiple times during the trip. However having the boat stop on our way back and getting caught in the strong winds and feeling that the boat would almost tilt was definitely a traumatising experience. Problems happen and it is understandable, however the attitude and reaction of the owners displayed a complete lack customer service and professionalism. It is enough to read their replies on the bad reviews here to get a sense of what to expect.

If I could give a 0 I would. As already others mentioned please do not come to this place. We rented a boat and had some issues during the ride, including the toilet got clogged one hour after we left the rental place. (This situation happened to me and my friends last year and they charged us between 50-60 EUR). Once we got back they guy informed us that prices changed and we had to pay a 180 EUR fee, but he would reduce it to 150 EUR. 1. After renting two times there I found very strange that the toilet gets clogged after two usages. it seems a malfunction in their toilet system, but the company completely blamed us, arguing we threw strange objects there. 2. When I claimed about the triplicación of the fee from last year to this one the person in charged took it very personal and attacked me directly. He could not accept a woman discomforted by the service and in front of all of us he “banned” me from the rental place. I was not disrespectful, I was just claiming the unfairness of the fee as it was half of the rental price of our boat. 3. To that person who attacked me I hope you learn this lesson for your life: NEVER take a discomfort from a customer as something personal, that is very unprofessional and will not look good as a company. Also banning customers for claiming their rights will only backfire to you as a company, respect people to get respect. 4. The boat seem to being cleaned the last time months ago, It was full of spider nets and massive spiders everywhere. There are better places in Berlin to rent boats with a professional customer service, don’t go to these scammers place that cannot even properly do regular maintenance in the boat.
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with a boat rental company that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. My friends and I decided to rent a boat from this company on Sunday, expecting a pleasant and enjoyable outing on the water. Unfortunately, our expectations were far from met, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience with others. To start, the boat appeared to be in decent condition when we first boarded. However, it didn't take long for us to encounter significant problems. The boat's motors abruptly stopped working on several occasions, causing a great deal of inconvenience and concern. Keep in mind, the weather conditions were less than ideal with strong winds and numerous waves on our way back from Mueggelsee. The situation quickly escalated when the boat suddenly came to a halt in the middle of the lake, surrounded by massive waves. We found ourselves stranded, helpless, and utterly terrified. Naturally, we reached out to the customer care department for assistance, only to be met with an infuriating attitude. They seemed utterly annoyed that we had the audacity to call them for help, showing a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. To make matters worse, it was evident that the company was initially trying to avoid us. It is both frustrating and disheartening to experience such blatant disregard for customer safety and well-being. As the boat continued to drift, it eventually collided forcefully with an island wall, causing panic among everyone on board. Thankfully, rescue personnel from ABS arrived to assist us in our distress, as the boat company had failed to do so. Eventually, after what felt like an eternity, the company finally arrived to tow us back to safety. It was at this point that they discovered a faulty motor in the boat, further confirming their lack of maintenance and negligence. Shockingly, instead of taking responsibility for their faulty equipment, the owner had the audacity to hold us accountable for the entire ordeal. Not only was their behavior rude and unprofessional, but they also had the gall to ask us to leave the premises and forbid us from ever returning when we requested some form of compensation for our two-hour struggle. This boat rental company demonstrated a complete lack of regard for customer safety, provided poor maintenance, and exhibited horrendous customer service throughout the entire ordeal. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment unless they want to risk their safety and be subjected to the disrespectful treatment we endured. It's a shame that such a beautiful day on the water was marred by the incompetence and unprofessionalism of this boat company.
