Solomiya Kryvko - 12 days I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable. What really made this experience unforgettable was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I want to give a special mention to Ruzica — she was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel.

Not because they’re luxurious in the traditional sense, but because they somehow find their way under your skin – through the morning sea view, the scent of pine trees after rain, and the smile that greets you every time you return from the beach. PLACES Hvar was exactly that kind of place for me.
From the moment I arrived, there was a sense of calm in the air. Nothing felt forced, yet everything was just right – thoughtful, beautiful, effortless. The hotel has a kind of quiet elegance, never flashy, but full of style. The space breathes. Everything seems designed to give you peace, but also to invite connection – with nature, with people, with yourself.
But what truly made this stay special were the people. The restaurant and bar staff were so warm and genuine that I felt more like a guest in a friend’s home than in a hotel. Every cocktail came with a real smile, every wine recommendation with a friendly joke, every morning coffee served with quiet attention. These are things you can’t teach from a manual – you *feel* them.
And then there’s Stefan, the manager, who doesn’t just run this hotel – he lives it. His presence is never intrusive, but always felt. He’s attentive, kind, and genuinely interested in how your day is going, whether you’ve slept well, whether you need anything – not out of duty, but out of true care. It’s rare to encounter that blend of professionalism and warmth, and thanks to him, I didn’t just rest – I felt truly seen.
I spent my days walking into town, my evenings under the stars by the pool, and my mornings in the quiet of a sea-view room… and each of those moments carried a quiet note of gratitude. As if the place gently reminded me that life is beautiful when we let it flow.
Thank you to the entire PLACES Hvar team. Thank you for giving me space to disconnect – and to reconnect. With myself, with nature, and with the people around me. I’ll definitely be back… but in the most beautiful way, I already took a part of you with me.
Bigaha was amazing and all of the staff was so nice and friendly. Everyone went out their way to make sure we were served well and went the extra mile. My only complaint is the rooms are a little bit small but everything else makes up for that - the service was impeccable and they have lots available at the hotel - lots of sunbathing spots, lots of activities (gym, water activities like aerobics, bike hires, a beach close by). I’d definitely recommend Thai hotel
