I lost money ! 🤬 I ordered kite surfing lessons on SanJuan Beach, on their website without a specific date, so that my husband could come when it was convenient for him, after which the manager wrote that lessons were only possible in 2 months, although it was possible to register on the site the next day🤦🏽‍♀️ I asked for a refund, because after 2 months it is not convenient for us. The company refused to make a refund, then they did it after lengthy negotiations. I only got half of the amount back to my account! 😣 They claim that the problem is in my bank, although their bank refuses to go to a meeting and return the amount! This is a terrible service!!!!

Not recommended. They offer an activity for which they do not have enough material. We had to do one activity instead of the three we had planned because they accepted more reservations than they could handle. Vests for children, but not for adults. Zero supervision by the monitors, not ensuring safety (with a yellow flag), but also not ensuring enjoyment (zero technical supervision). Our mistake for not reading the comments first.
