If you’re either looking for a surf lesson, or just a nice time out at the sea catching waves, this is the place to be. We had an amazing lesson with Donny. His instructions and feedback were on point. As a first-time surfer, it made me feel safe and encouraged. Kind and friendly people run this place, so you can instantly get the community-like feeling. Facility is clean and well-maintained. Definitely willing to visit again for more lessons. Thanks for the great time and see you next time!
That's was first time i tried surfing. Privat class, good wet suit and very sunny day really help me to do the best. Station/school located good - just a minute walk from big parking lot and short way from station to beach. Surfboard and wetsuit looks like new one. The lesson itself arranged good - you will got some theoretical and practical skills on sand and then step-by-step finally you can catch the wave and stand up on the board. For the first time try it is really very hard work and 1.5h in water more then enough - arms will remind you how its hard on next morning. I got very nice experiences and "catch 42-43 waves". Thank you very much for the great day!
We did a refresher with the family! What great experience with The Hook Surfschool! They were very flexible with the short notice booking - they just made it happen. The sympathic instructor team was individually coaching at any time. They took enough time and also gave instructions on wave and current reading. The Hook Surfschool certainly is among the best surf trainings we had, and by the way, at a fair pricing! Thanks Renée and Donny!
